Megan Weathers

Megan Weathers started with the Patel Conservatory in the summer of 2012, teaching restorative stretch and relaxation as a comprehensive approach to the curriculum offered in the dance department. She brings a deep understanding and passion for yoga and it's restorative quality to rest the body from physical and mental stress. Her goal is to maintain the health and wellness of each dancer's body allowing for longevity, creativity, strength, endurance and less injury within a dancer's career.

Weathers is a certified yoga instructor, practicing and teaching since 1996. She received her 200 hour certification locally from Balance Point Yoga, and has since worked and trained with many master teachers throughout the country. She currently can be found teaching all ages in Vinyasa Flow, Gentle and Mommy and Me classes at Bella Prana Yoga and Meditation.
