Unless otherwise noted, the Straz Center's Ticket Sales Office is open Monday through Saturday noon - 8 p.m. and Sunday, noon - 6 p.m. Parking is free at the Straz Center's Arrival Plaza while purchases are made. We accept all major credit cards, checks (written two weeks prior to the show) and cash. You can purchase tickets by phone by calling 813.229.STAR (7827) or 800.955.1045 outside the Tampa Bay area. Tickets can also be purchased by mailing your order to the Straz Center Ticket Sales Office, P.O. Box 518, Tampa, FL 33601-0518. A driver's license number and state where issued should be included on all checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an additional $25 fee from the Straz Center. Order forms may also be faxed to 813.222.1080. A nominal service charge is applied for all ticket sales. However, for ticket purchases via the phone or ticket office, service charges are waived for current annual Straz members at the $400 level and higher.
