ChefEd.jpgEdward Steinhoff is the executive chef at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts.

Steinhoff is responsible for creating menus for the Straz Center’s four restaurants: Maestro’s Restaurant, Maestro’s Café, Maestro’s on the River and Steam Heat. His responsibilities also include developing catering menus for social and corporate clients and managing all aspects of the kitchen’s operations.

Steinhoff brings to the Straz a vast amount of experience, having served as executive chef at Hunters Green Country Club, the Temple Terrace Gold and Country Club and the Doubletree Hotel in Tampa. Steinhoff also served in several culinary capacities over a six-year period at Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel.
