Gasparilla Film Festival presents Black, White and Blues

The Tampa Film Institute, parent organization to The Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) is proud to announce the Florida Premiere of the feature film Black, White and Blues!

Tampa-born producers Charlie Poe, Jeff Balis and Actor/Writer/Producer Morgan Simpson along with producer Rhoades Rader (Dodgeball) coordinated with GIFF and three other not-for-profit organizations to debut the film in Tampa. All proceeds will benefit Academy Prep of Tampa, Glazer Children's Museum, Junior Achievement, and The Tampa Film Institute (GIFF).

Pricing

Regularly priced tickets start at $55. VIP: $165.
VIP ticket includes a pre-screening reception with full open bar and food, priority seating as well as film and Q&A session chance to mix to mingle with producers and actors on the film. General admission ticket includes film and Q&A session. 

There is a maximum ticket allotment of eight tickets per account/household/business for paid, ticketed events. (For some shows, it may be less.) Applicable service charges added at point of purchase. There is no maximum for free, non-ticketed events.

Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statutes, no Straz Center ticket may be offered or resold for more than $1 over the face value of the ticket.

What to Expect


About the Show

Black, White and Blues is opening at festivals across the country and getting rave reviews and festival awards. Director Mario Van Peeples leads a talented cast including Michael Clarke Duncan, Luke Perry, Tom Scarritt, and newcomer Morgan Simpson.

Sponsor Levels range from $2,000 to $15,000 with a variety of publicity and benefits including top spot naming on all marketing and public relation initiatives. Top Sponsor will get media quotes and speaking opportunities during this premeire event.

$165 VIP ticket includes open bar, food, and a chance to mix and mingle with an actor or producer and see the Florida Premiere of Black, White and Blues followed by Q & A session with Exec. Producer Charlie Poe, Writer and Actor Morgan Simpson, Producer
Jeff Balis and possibly a surprise guest. VIP reception begins at 6:30 pm.

$55 Regular Screening ticket includes film screening of the Florida Premiere of Black, White and Blues followed by same Q & A session. Screening begins at 8 pm.
