Conveniently located above the Jaeb Theater, overlooking the downtown Tampa skyline, Maestro’s Restaurant features premier tableside service sure to enhance your theater experience. Maestro's chefs create a unique menu for each show. Seating begins two-and-one-half hours before Broadway shows, opera and other select performances. Reservations required.
Maestro's is open at 5:30 p.m. prior to evening Broadway performances, as well as other selected shows, such as the Straz Center operas. For dates and times when Maestro's is open, please visit our online reservations web page.
Featuring: Chef Benito D'Azzo's appetizer station including soup du jour, salads and imported and domestic cheeses with fresh-baked breads; Your choice of seven delicious main course items prepared especially for you; Your server will present our Chef’s Dessert Tray selections to complete your meal. Subject to change upon the discretion of the chef and current market conditions.
Maestro's also offers a full bar featuring a fine selection of foreign and domestic red, white and dessert wines; variety of champagnes; sparkling waters; coffee drinks; and classic and specialty martinis.

Please note: Maestro's will not separate checks for parties of six or more. Reserving a party of six or more will require a credit card number to hold the reservation. Your reservation will be held for no more than 30 minutes, at which time your table may be released for other diners. Our restaurants exist to service the patrons who attend our shows, so table reservations are very limited in availability. Please call us if you should need to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
