Opera Tampa League cordially invites you to attend the
Opera Gala 2012 on Sat., Feb. 18, 2012.
This spectacular evening includes festivities in conjunction with the
Anton Coppola Fond Farewells Concert. The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Anton Coppola Excellence in the Arts Award to its namesake and our beloved maestro, Anton Coppola.
OPERA GALA 2012 FESTIVITIES

6:30 p.m. -- Pre-performance reception
7:30 p.m. -- The Anton Coppola Fond Farewells Concert* in
Louise L. Ferguson Hall
* Fond Farewells performance is open to the general public.
9:30 p.m. -- Post-performance dinner on Carol Morsani Hall Stage
Complimentary Valet Parking on the Arrival Plaza
Black tie optional
The evening begins with a pre-performance cocktail reception in the Ruth Silbiger Lobby of Carol Morsani Hall. The lobby will also be open during intermission for Gala guests to gather and enjoy refreshments. Following the Fond Farewells Concert enjoy a sumptuous dinner prepared by Maestro’s at the Straz Center on Carol Morsani Hall stage. After dinner Opera Tampa will present the Anton Coppola Excellence in the Arts Award to its namesake and our beloved, Anton Coppola. An exciting live auction of “opera experience” items will be presented during dinner.
Gala patron: $350 per person
Fond Farewells Concert tickets: $54.50 per person
Gala tickets do not include concert tickets. If you do not already have tickets, you can purchase them along with a Gala ticket.
