Jobsite Theater is the professional resident theater company of the Straz Center. The company has been here since 1999, becoming resident theater company in 2003. They produce five shows in the Shimberg plus one musical next door in the Jaeb Theater every year producing everything from Shakespeare to experimental new plays with a focus on politically and socially relevant theater. Jobsite has won dozens of Best of the Bay and regional awards. They are Creative Loafing's 2015 Best Theater Company were named a finalist for the 2014 American Theater Wing National Theater Company award -- a major achievement, ATW are better known as the folks who do the Tony Awards. Jobsite has also received national attention from American Theater magazine, who frequently highlight the company's work both in print and online. The company works exclusively with the great abundance of regional talent this area enjoys.

Season tickets are available for a discount of 30% off the price of individual tickets with fees folded in: $125.70 for the package all-inclusive -- less than $21 per person per show -- until Sun., Aug. 7 when the price changes to $142.30 per person.
